Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Orders placed before 3.30pm on any working day, will be shipped within 2 working days by courier for delivery. Please note that this means any orders placed after 3.30pm on any Friday will not be delivered until the following Wednesday. For security reasons, goods can only be delivered to the cardholders registered address. In the event that an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email with a suggested alternative product or delivery date. We will only supply goods on the basis that we can ship them for next working day delivery, or agree alternative arrangements with you. If we are unable to do so, your order will be cancelled, and your credit card will not be debited. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CHECK ALL CREDIT CARD ADDRESS DETAILS WITH THE CARD ISSUER BEFORE WE SHIP ANY GOODS. WE REPORT ALL ATTEMPTED FRAUD TO THE POLICE.

Please note that orders will be shipped to the billing address to help cut down on fraud. If you need to have an order shipped other than your billing address pre payment other than a credit card will be required.

DHL are our courier and they state that they will deliver once to the shipping address. If the shipment cant be delivered a redelivery fee will be charged. Please ensure you have your goods delivered to an address that can accept it. It is not us that is charging this but as said DHL.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Central London orders will be delivered same day subject to stock holding please ask for this service if required.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Due to the wholesale nature of Marble Master’s distribution channel, Marble Master does not accept traditional returns. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or defective, Please contact Marble Master as soon as possible. If something is wrong with an order, we certainly want to help.

Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and examined.

Installing a damaged or defective product may void a warranty or damage claim.

Product Damaged in Shipping:

What if there is visible damage or there are missing pieces when the product arrives?

If there is visible damage to the packaging or there are missing pieces upon arrival, ask the driver to write a note on the waybill stating the damage and/or missing product before you sign the waybill. After signing the waybill, please contact Marble Master at 01707 661190 on the first available business day.

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the pallet, crate, or lift.

If products are damaged inside of the packaging, please halt installation and contact Marble Master on the first available business day. Marble Master may request digital photos of the damage to determine the extent and severity of the problem.

If products have been damaged in shipping or are missing, Marble Master will replace the products or refund the price of those products. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.

What if the product arrives and is not what I ordered?

If you believe that you have received product that is not what you ordered, please contact Marble Master at 020 8807 8889 on the first available business day. Please keep in mind that products such as stone have natural variations and the site pictures are only a small swatch of the product you will ultimately receive. Marble Master may request digital photos of the product received to confirm product details, size, color, etc. If the products you have received do not match those that you have ordered, Marble Master will replace your products or pick-up and refund your purchase. The decision to replace or refund will be made in consultation with you, the customer, as to which solution is acceptable for both parties.

If it is determined that the product you have received is the correct grade, color, size, product etc. according to your order, Marble Master will not be able to refund or exchange your product. If we agree to refund you you will have to return the product at your expense.
